You Present a Gift Card

Once the purchase is confirmed,
we will send you an e-gift card with all the information and details of the meals for you to pass on to your friend or family.

Your Friend Books Their Delivery

When your friend or family is ready for their meals, they can get in touch using the information on the gift card.

We’ll answer any questions they have, confirm their details, and add them to the roster for delivery during the week of their choice.

Delivery options, dietary needs,
& other helpful info. 

  • We are happy to accommodate meals for Omnivore and Vegetarian diets, as well as a wide range of allergies and intolerances. Once we are in touch with the gift recipient we will confirm their details and plan their menu accordingly.

  • Meals are available for delivery from our kitchen as of Tuesday afternoon.

    As of Sunday prior to their delivery, the gift recipient will receive a confirmation of the planned delivery time along with your weekly menu preview. If they are unable to receive a delivery at the planned time that week, they can simply let us know and we will find a solution. 

    Delivery to a home or office is included in the weekly price for the following areas:

    • Districts 1, 3-9, 15-20, VIC 

    • Due to their size, we partially cover Districts 2, 10, 12, and 21. Please send us the address to confirm!

    For an additional surcharge, we are happy to deliver to Districts 11, 13, 14, 23, and Klosterneuburg. Please reach out with the desired delivery address to confirm the cost.  

  • Payment can be made via IBAN bank transfer or Paypal, and we are happy to provide you with an invoice including VAT tax at your request.

    Once we have gotten in touch and confirmed the details of your gift, we will send you all the information needed to complete payment.

  • We strive for sustainability in both our shopping and cooking practices as well as our packaging.

    Our food is made from scratch in-house (including all sauces and marinades!), freshly prepared with ingredients sourced from local butchers, farmer’s markets, and professional restaurant suppliers.

    As such, we plan our menus according to the season, and do our best to make the most of the beautiful local ingredients at our fingertips. Vegetable scraps become flavorful vegetable stocks, excess herbs become pestos and dips, and we strive to let nothing go to waste.

    All of the food is packaged in recyclable or compostable containers. Any plastic cups or packaging items are BPA free. The food is then packed in a paper bag and accompanied by menu notes and easy-to-follow reheating instructions.
